Account Management
“Support & Licenses” area is where you can manage your orders, subscriptions as well as people associated with them.
Registering
Purchasing a license does not automatically create an account on amcharts.com.
You can register for an account by going to “Support & Licenses” page, and clicking on the “Register now” link.
We’ll just ask you your name and email address, then will send a confirmation message, for you to activate your account.
Using Social Logins
Instead of registering, you can use your Facebook, Google, or GitHub account to log right in.
Functionality
Once logged in, you’ll be able to:
- Review your orders
- Review and manage your subscriptions
- Review and manage your product licenses and their users
- Review and manage support emails
